What we collect
Account details you give us when you apply (name, business name, resale or sales tax number, contact information), the projects, purchase orders and client sheets you create, and basic usage data needed to run the service.
What we do with it
We use it to open and service your co-op account, place orders you approve with vendors, provide support, and bill your membership. We do not sell member or client data.
Who sees it
Vendors see only what is needed to fulfill an order you approve. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Your clients
Client sheets show client-facing pricing only. Your net cost and margin are never exposed to a client.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@levlrhouse.com. Records tied to placed orders may be retained where required.
